I am a counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges within the context of their relationships and lived experiences. I believe that relationships—whether romantic, familial, professional, or social—play a powerful role in our overall wellbeing, yet many of us were never given the tools to nurture, repair, or understand them. My approach is grounded in a systemic perspective, meaning I view individual experiences not in isolation, but as part of the larger systems that shape us. Together, we will explore how these systems influence your mental health and identify patterns that may be impacting your ability to thrive.

My counseling style is collaborative, supportive, and strengths based. I strive to create a safe and respectful space where we can work on effective communication, conflict resolution, and practical strategies that support healthier relationships and personal growth. When working with me, you can expect a counselor who walks beside you—not in front of you—offering guidance, encouragement, and insight as you move toward your goals. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to listen, learn, and support you as we uncover what healing and growth look like for you.

I am passionate about counseling because I believe in people’s capacity for change, resilience, and restoration. Choosing to engage in counseling is a meaningful step toward reconnecting with yourself and others, and I am honored to support you throughout that journey. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or stronger relationships, my hope is that our work together empowers you to move forward with confidence, self-awareness, and renewed purpose.

Healing happens when you don’t have to walk alone.
